EnzoAI is free, open-source software released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of that license. Bundled third-party components are listed in the third-party notices.

No warranty

EnzoAI is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software. (This restates the warranty disclaimer of the MIT License, which governs.)

Your responsibilities

You run EnzoAI on your own hardware and are responsible for securing it, backing up your data, and controlling who can access your instance.
If you connect external services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Telegram, Discord, Slack, or others), you are responsible for complying with those services' terms, and your data is handled by them under their own policies.
AI models can produce inaccurate or inappropriate output. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or acting upon it.
Models you download via Ollama are subject to their own licenses, which you accept when pulling them.
You agree to use EnzoAI in compliance with applicable laws.

Third-party names and logos shown on this site (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Ollama, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify services EnzoAI can integrate with. EnzoAI is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
